Paint Parties
If you’re looking to host a one-of-a-kind paint party, you’ve come to the right place. At Creative Roots Art Studio, we make it easy!
No two painting parties are the same - that’s the idea! Some of our private painting events have an intentional purpose and directive, while others are purely for fun. Special events might include birthdays parties, themed holidays, special occasions, date night, team building events, family night and much, much, more!

To reserve your event this is what to do:

Contact me to check availability and discuss project options

Reservations need to be made at least four weeks in advance

Once options are finalized, I will send you a summary with all the event details

Pay the $100 deposit to hold reservation

Three days before event pay the remaining balance based off the final head count
-
We can reschedule up to seven days before the event

I have two location options to offer: in my art studio space or at a venue of your choosing.
How does hosting a Private Painting event work?
In My Art Studio
Base fee is $350 for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $30 each.
We can accommodate up to 10 painting guests.

As space in the studio is limited, I’m only able to accommodate guests who will be participating.

What we do:

Help you choose a personalized project that meets the needs of your group

The project will take two hours to complete. (For celebration events, an additional hour will be added for set-up, breakdown, and celebrating)

Provide all art supplies needed for the project

Each guest will take home a project they have completed
-
Take care of the planning, prep, and clean-up for the art project
-
Supply an additional table for food and drink, and if needed, for gifts
What you do:

Invite your guests

Provide your own food and drink for your guests

If needed, arrive about 20-30 minutes early to set up for the event. You are welcome to bring decorations and balloons

Take leftover food and drinks home
At Your Home Or Venue
Our base fee is $300 for 10 guests. Additional guests are $25 each.
We can accommodate up to 15 painting guests.

What we do:

Travel to your home or venue within the greater Abilene area

Help you choose a personalized project that meets the needs of your group

The project will take about two hours to complete

Supply all art supplies needed for the project

Each guest will take home a project they have completed

Clear away all art supplies after the art project is completed
What you do:

Responsible for all party planning for the event

Provide an area for guests to create their works of art
